''FREE LEGAL FAST ASSISTANCE'' ACTION

   “FREE LEGAL FAST ASSISTANCE” action is realizing by Informative & legal service “ALFA” Ltd. from 01.02.2009 year. Anyone legal entity has a chance to be the participant of this action, if only he or she is registered according to legislation of Ukraine. If you want to take part in this action, you need to acquire with terms of action, which are made below.

 

 

1. “FREE LEGAL FAST ASSISTANCE” action is realizing by Informative & legal service “ALFA” Ltd. (hereinafter - BAILIFF) for the purpose of expansion’s averting of economic crisis.

2. Legal entity may be the participant of this action, if only he or she is registered according to legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – CUSTOMER).

3. During the period of this action participant (CUSTOMER) is entitled to get free legal assistance on BAILIFF relying on provided contract about accordance of legal facilities during the period of the action “FREE LEGAL FAST ASSISTANCE” (hereinafter – Contract).

4. Person, who wants to be participant of this action, must put in the Application for registration (Enclosure №2) and other documents which are provided this application.

5. CUSTOMER acquires entitlement of free legal assistance after the celebration of Contract during the period which is pointed at Contract.

6. BAILIFF is entitled: a) to change terms of action at any moment or to suspend this action; b) to refuse CUSTOMER to take part in the action without any explanations.
