Registration of co-operatives

    Service “the registration of co-operative” is a complex and consists of the following phases:

• Preparation of documents and the holding of constituent assembly among founders of co-operative;
• Preparation of documents and the holding of general assembly among members of co-operative;
• Preparation of co-operative statute;
• Notary public certification of the statute;
• Preparation of documents necessary to open temporary accounts with banking institutions of society for society for the establishment of authorized capital;
• State registration of the co-operative in the state registration of legal persons;
• Production of the co-operative to register and receive help from EDRPOU in the statistics;
• to register the co-operative as a taxpayer and a certified public tax authorities;
• to register the co-operative as the insured and obtain relevant information in the Pension Fund of Ukraine, bodies of the Fund of social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational illnesses, organs of the Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of Ukraine, bodies of the Fund of social insurance against unemployment in Ukraine;
• Permit to manufacture a round corner punch stamp of co-operative in the resolution system of internal affairs bodies, the production of round corner punch stamp of co-operative;
• Preparation of documents required for opening an account of co-operative in its international banking institutions.
